Michael J. Fletcher

Michael is an associate attorney in the firm and focuses on representing business clients in a range of disputes including contract litigation, judicial and non-judicial foreclosures, fraud, banking litigation, partnership and LLC dissolutions, unfair business practices, employment defense, and commercial collections. Michael also has experience representing creditors and debtors in bankruptcy cases.

He received his law degree from UC Davis School of Law and was a member of the UC Davis Law Review. He graduated cum laude from Cal Poly at San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.

Michael is involved in the legal community, serving on the board for the Fresno County Young Lawyers Association (2014-2016) and the Central California Bankruptcy Association (2014-2017). In 2014, he authored an article regarding student loan discharge that was published in the ABI Journal. In his spare time, Michael enjoys reading, college football, and spending time with his wife and two dogs.
